Autumn is bubbly, loving, and enjoys to smile and laugh. She loves to give hugs and takes comfort in appropriate affection from others. Autumn takes interest in dolls, stickers, toys, and stuffed animals. She loves interacting with animals and going places. She takes in interest in farm animals and loves to care for them. Autumn is diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. She enjoys typical young girl activities. Autumn faces several challenges including socialization difficulties and acting before thinking. she requires patience, consistency, and structure in her environment. She has difficulties with boundaries and maintaining peer relationships, however, she can be affectionate and loving. Autumn acts younger than her age and at times is perceived incorrectly by her peers. She desires peer relationships and needs guidance with interacting. Autumn has difficulties in math and reading in school, but does well with assistance. Autumn talks a lot and enjoys sharing her experiences. She has a caring spirit and wants to be cared for equally. Autumn will do well with a family who offers patience and consistency, along with structure. A family who will commit to allowing her a safe place to express herself and continue to help her reach her goals, is desired. The family will be able to spend one-on-one time with her and be willing to access the resources she needs. Autumn does well with other children and pets in the home.
