Andrew from Virginia

Andrew is active, loves the outdoors, enjoys pets, sports (basketball and soccer); he has a sense of humor and a nice smile. Andrew enjoys school and gets good grades. Andrew has fond memories of going fishing as a younger child and would like to go fishing again soon. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing video games and spending time outdoors. He wants to pursue a vocational program in automotive repair. Andrew has an older brother with whom he enjoys having contact and occasional visits. Andrew has undergone multiple loses in his childhood and will need patience and understanding as he learns to trust the adults in his life and to attach in a healthy way. Andrew has worked hard making new change and is ready and eager to find a family who is loving and totally accepting of him with whom he wishes to feel like "one of the family." In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
