Calab from Texas

Calab is a friendly and energetic boy who enjoys being around others. He loves to talk to people about his interests, some of which are video games, science-fiction novels & television programs, and building cars with Legos. He also likes carpentry work and has particularly enjoyed getting to help with tasks such as maintenance & repair at his previous placement. Calab is an excellent student and has an appreciation for learning all things academic and beyond. He loves computers and is a technology guru in his own right, so it's no surprise that technology-related courses are some of his favorites. He also loves to draw. He has quite an imagination and his drawings are reflective of this. He still hasn't decided exactly what his plans are for the future; however, he does consistently say he wants to be in the military and "do something with animals." Calab has a general idea of where he wants to go and what he wants to do; he just needs someone to offer encouragement and help him find his way.

Calab would be best placed in a family with no other children; or if there are other children, he would do better being the youngest. Calab would like an adventurous family that loves to be outdoors just as much as him. Calab would also benefit from a family (and older siblings) who can teach Calab about the outdoors and show him a loving family who values him as much as he values the family is possible. His forever family will be loving and caring.
