from Virginia

Christian, who prefers to be called Levi, was born in 2007. He is described by his current foster family as insightful, gentle, and curious. He is also very creative. This is evidenced by him creating an anime with friends. He enjoys playing video games and reading manga. He has a certain confidence about him that anyone can see when they meet him. Levi is very interested in Japanese culture, and he used to do karate. He is protective of those he cares about, especially his family. He has a caring heart. Levi’s favorite subject in school is history. He enjoys taking time out to capture the essence of historical moments. He is currently thinking about becoming a history major in college. Levi loves acting. He has been encouraged to participate in the drama club in high school, however, he is somewhat shy. Levi is very engaged in his current church. He has established some relationships and has communicated that he is a Christian. Levi is still making some decisions on whether he wants to be committed to making drama a part of his life-long dream, but he does talk a lot about being a writer or a producer. When Levi talks about drama, he lights up like a Christmas tree. His favorite stage play is “Cats.” Levi’s only desire is to be a part of a big family. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
