Wyatt from Virginia

Wyatt is a very kind and generous young man. He enjoys reading, especially educational books about animals and dinosaurs. He has a love for animals and enjoys being around and interacting with any kind. He has shown an interest in fossils and archaeology and wishes to be like Indiana Jones. He is very energetic and loves to be outside and play with his toys. He has a vast imagination and can turn "boring" activity into an adventure. He loves to interact with his peers and can be seen as a leader amongst them. Wyatt has expressed wanting to go to school to be an archaeologist so he can dig up fossils all day. He works closely with his teachers who assist him day-to-day in the school setting. He strives to do well in school despite some of his struggles. Wyatt works each day to meet his goals and overcome his hardships. He is a very hardworking young man and has come a long way in his journey. Wyatt is humorous, sensitive, and resilient. Wyatt has expressed that he wants nothing more than "a family to go home to." In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
