- Case #Rupert
Rupert was born in May 2004. He is in good health with a history of learning difficulties.
Rupert is a calm, kind boy who treats others with respect. He readily joins organized games and loves to prepare for and participate in celebrations. Ruperts gross motor skills are very well-developed. He has made progress towards overcoming mild delays in fine motor and language skills since working with a resource teacher at school. Ruperts receptive language has improved, as has his ability to initiate, participate, and maintain a conversation. He struggles with overall focus and pronunciation of certain sounds and is learning to read and write. Rupert is often anxious around strangers and can be misled by peers. Peaceful Rupert enjoys helping with chores, shows diligence in managing his daily tasks and maintains good personal hygiene. He loves drawing and copies images flawlessly. Rupert shows great potential and would clearly benefit from having a supportive forever family.
